(August 8, 2018, 8:11 pm)Dr. Liu removed several skin cancers on very obvious places on my face and chest while he was on staff at an academic medical center in New Jersey. He was great and is the only doctor to leave me scar free in a very long time. I found this looking for him to check about his minimally invasive carpal tunnel procedure but unfortunately for me he’s on the other side of the country now!! I recommend him highly.

(August 1, 2017, 3:10 pm)I went to MD Liu not by choice, but because he was the specialist that did the DIEP in my area. (DIEP is a breast reconstruction method usually for breast cancer patients). Prior to seeing him I looked up reviews and found both good and bad. So, honestly I went with very guarded posture and had questions. HOWEVER, he is very professional, personal and caring. Not to mention that he did a spectacular job. Well truth be told, his team (Zampell and another doctor I forget his name..sorry and of corse the OR nurses) did great too. I am an RN, so my knowledge and expectations may be different, but he (they) exceeded both. In fact going to the office for pre-op, and post-ops have been nothing but fantastic. The ladies in the office are wonderful and caring. I will be sad to not see them, but happy to move on. If you are considering plastics or need breast reconstruction, I highly recommend MD Liu..
Oh, since my surgery has been recent, I will do my best to update in 6 months to a year.
