I love being part of the Cyclebar SEH community! Not only does Cyclebar provide an amazing workout, it’s also a place run by great people, who really care about the local community. I’m addicted to their fun, lively classes, and recommended it to anyone looking for an endorphin inducing workout!

Kelly and Keith create an incredibly hospitable, inspiring and high energy experience! Their studio is incredibly clean and their bikes are awesome. This is by far the best studio we’ve been to across the US and we’ve been to over 25 studios. I highly recommend investing in yourself and checking this amazing studio out!

So thankful for this studio and the wonderful community that the owners, Kelly & Keith, and the fabulous instructors, have cultivated. The studio is welcoming and clean. They frequently have theme rides and events to maintain community spirit. Do yourself a favor and give it a try- 45 minutes of YOU time...you’ll go places you never thought you could on a bike that goes nowhere!

I give Cycle Bar 5 stars! I'm not sure why anyone would give this studio anything but a great review. I signed up when they first opened and I think the studio is first class. The membership includes all equipment, lockers, access to showers, filtered water, coffee, new clean shoes (I own a pair so I just bring my own), fresh clean towels for class and an ice cold towel for after class- which is amazing! The studio is clean, fresh and the temperature is always good in the classes. The instructors are AMAZING- they not only are friendly, approachable and knowledgeable, but they seek to engage everyone in class to not only cycle to have fun, but to teach the right way to cycle, so you get the most out of your 45 min work out, the right way. They offer different types of classes, some classes use a 4 or 6 lb bar to add arms to a section to the work out if you'd like, and some classes have no arms. The owner Kelly and her husband Keith are super nice and approachable. They have never cancelled any classes (except when the power was out in all of San Elijo/Elfin Forest which is out of anyone's control). As a working, commuting mom, class times offered are key. The class times offered are great- they offer classes as early as 5:15 am or 6 am each day or if evening classes are your thing, the latest class offered is currently 5:45 pm. The culture and vibe is energetic and milestones are celebrated for riders. I recommend checking out the studio!

Really clean well-run place with amazing instructors and an awesome all-around vibe. The workouts are only 45 minutes, but with the way they are structured and the way the music, room/lighting, and group dynamic encourage you you will get all the exercise you need and leave thoroughly exhausted. This place has made a huge difference in my life in the short time I've been going. Can't recommend it highly enough.
