  We have now used Oregon Trail for two projects and they have been excellent to work with both times. Latest project was for water damage in walls and closets along with new flooring. We've been extremely happy with the finished product both times and the process was smooth and timely. AJ was great to work with. Would recommend OTR to anyone and will definitely use again for our next project.

  This is my second time working with OTR and the experience was just as good as the first time. I worked with AJ Martino on my project to replace carpet with new flooring, baseboards and paint. AJ was always on time and easy to work with. The project was completed in a week and everything looks amazing! OTR is my go-to for any remodeling needs and I can’t imagine using anyone else. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thank you so much OTR!

  My husband and I worked with Jeremy at Oregon Trail Remodeling on our home addition and remodel. It was apparent from the very start that we were going to have a wonderful experience and working relationship, and everything surpassed our expectations, including the beautiful finished product, and project timeline.
  
  Our project included adding 50% to the footprint of our existing home, a full kitchen and master bathroom remodel, and new flooring/paint/baseboards throughout the house. Jeremy’s attention to every detail, coupled with his eye for making every finished stage the best it could possibly be drove the success of the project.
  
  Throughout the project, we were in constant contact with Jeremy, he always made himself available to answer questions, and always included us when decisions needed to be made. We appreciated being included in meetings with the subcontractors, a few standouts are the cabinet master, Angel, and the tile expert Carlos since our project included custom tile work in the kitchen, master bathroom and fireplace surround and the custom cabinetry included built-in’s in the living room, a window seat with abundant storage, and a custom fireplace mantle - however, ALL of the subcontractors Jeremy picked are true experts in their respective fields, and they all shared the same attention to detail, every step of the way, and everyone added to a house that now receives compliments from everyone who passes by. The new addition molds perfectly into the existing structure, and looks like a completely new house. We cannot recommend Jeremy and Oregon Trail Remodeling enough, it’s by far one of the best decisions we have ever made!

  I work in the construction industry pretty extensively, so I see all the good and bad that goes on. With my experience in working with Oregon Trail, I have seen only good. I see all the behind the scenes; what the customer doesn’t see, and have been impressed at the level of work and ethical standards of these guys. Highly recommend.

  Our major remodel consisted of an expansion of the house to include a master bathroom, an office addition, and a balcony addition; a complete remodel of all three bathrooms and the kitchen; new flooring, doors, and windows throughout; and a new expansive outside deck on the second floor. After interviewing several contractors, we selected Jeremy Parsons of Oregon Trail Remodeling for our project.
  As my husband and I were out of state and could only visit once a month, it was important to have someone that we could really trust to oversee the project and keep us apprised of the work and costs. We are also quite picky and demanding and wanted someone that would pay close attention to detail to meet our high expectations. We were so fortunate to have found Jeremy. We had some issues with the architect we initially hired. Jeremy rectified the situation and found another architect that worked with
  all of us to get the plans permitted. Jeremy stuck with us for many months to get these issues resolved before the project was even able to start. Once the work began, he updated us on a daily basis and was extremely responsive. I feel that he always had our best interests in mind and did what he could to keep the costs down and stay on budget. While we added additional work to that which was initially planned due to some unexpected damage and some extra requests we made, Jeremy made it all happen, and always with a great attitude. His subcontractors did quality work. Jeremy optimized and coordinated the activities of the various subcontractors so that the project was finished in a timely manner. He is an incredibly honest person with great integrity who made sure that every detail of the project was what we wanted, right through the very end. Even our neighbors appreciated Jeremy and his subcontractors’ work as they did everything possible to minimize the disruption. Jeremy really treated the project as if it
