We had gotten a quote from Action a few years ago through Costco but decided to hold off on getting AC/furnace installed. A few hot summers later, we finally decided it was time so we requested another quote through Costco. Steve reached out very quickly and was able to find our previous quote and provide an updated quote and also mentioned that Costco had a good promotion coming up. Steve is very professional and provided detailed information. He even coordinated with an asbestos removal company to remove our old asbestos coated ducting. Highly recommend Action for your AC/heating needs!

Arturo the technician was very knowledgeable of the work to be done. He worked quickly and efficiently, able to pinpoint the issue. In addition, he provided me with information on how to make my system work efficiently. One item I was not too pleased about is the time period on when technician will arrive at the house. I was about to call the company on why the technician was not yet there.

Action Air was great from start to finish. The sales rep wasn't pushy, he knew what he was talking about and did everything in his power to give us the best price on the best heaters. The installation team was on time, Professional and well mannered. They laid out carpet and floor protection, were considerate to the household and did a great installation job in less time they expected. The office staff was professional and courteous. I highly recommend them.
