The multiple class times make it possible for me to go in before or after work, and the 30 minute work outs saves time from being away from my family. Before finding #SMFBBC, I would only work out a couple times a year lol...but now I can’t stand missing a week without feeling the need to get back ASAP! No phone distractions, No confusion, the coaches at #SMFBBC lead the way, hype you up, make you laugh..all while giving you a good work out each time!

(June 21, 2018, 2:39 pm)I signed up for the little black dress challenge and unfortunately didn't get far due to a back injury. But I'm back in and can't wait to continue my workouts. I loved it. It's only 30 mins - you work your entire body with repetitive exercises and do it as a group. The instructors are super upbeat, positive and motivating. Lots of high fives and encouragement. I'm super excited to be apart of this gym and community! Also to note, they worked with me to sign up for the regular membership since I missed weeks. Really appreciate the kindness and support!
