I spoke to Emilio at San Diego Roof Doctor about a town-home a client is buying near Mission Valley. The condo complex had some roof leaks and they recently passed an assessment to replace all of the roofs. The buyers lender asked for a letter stating what the condition of the roof was and Emilio answered his phone and was very knowledgeable about the roof. As a result of some termite damage that was discovered at my home, I was in need of some repairs that will involve some roofing work.
