(May 16, 2019, 8:27 pm)Hands down the BEST company!!! The response time and customer service was over the top! Our AC broke in our house and it was vital to have it repaired ASAP. We have a baby with an auto-immune disease that has horrendous skin breakouts when he sweats at night, if it gets too hot in his room. Therefore, it’s vital that we control the temperature in our house at all times. I explained this urgency to the ever so compassionate woman who answered the phone and she had someone out to me the same day! The technician who came over was just at empathetic and kind and went above and beyond to call the company from our house to have the part delivered over night! I was literally in tears, because he genuinely cared about the well being of my baby. The very next day he was back at our house with the part, completed the repairs in under 30 minutes and was on his way. I have never been more impressed with the quality of customer service and competency in any company! If only every business treated their customers this way. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!! (February 9, 2019, 1:32 pm)We called Airforce Heating & Air when our furnace quit working. This company was recommended to us and we couldn't have been happier. Our serviceman, Gaylord, was so friendly and found the problem and repaired our furnace. Great service plus very reasonable.
