  We got a flat driving out to a job in San Diego from Long beach and as soon as the doors opened at firestone Rayne was already walking up to our truck to help us. We were already behind schedule but Rayne went above and beyond to get us in and out as quick as possible. He made sure we got the tires we needed and even did the oil change and got us outta there before the time he promised. Awesome guy, takes pride in his work and cares for his customers.

  This is my second time having my car serviced at this new location. The customer service is top notch. I recently purchased a new(ish) car and I went there due to my brakes squeaking and I thought I needed new brake pads. The service departing said my brakes were fine and told me approximately when I would need to get new ones installed. I also went in for an oil change since I wasn’t sure when the car had been serviced prior to my purchase. They also assured me that my filters were fine and when I’d probably need to have them replaced. I never feel like auto repair stores are honest, but two times in a row, I left this location feeling good about my car and about the service I received. Thank you!!!!!

  One day all of a sudden my car started making some strange noise. It seemed like it was coming out from near the brakes so I scheduled an appointment at this location to have a free brake inspection. They checked everything thoroughly and fixed the issue for free. In addition, they were honest to tell me that my car was in a great shape and did not need anything. In the past I've been to many places that try to convince you that you have a problem so they can sell you things that you don't need. This Firestone location is definitely not like that. I highly recommend it. And it's not as busy as other locations in East County so it's likely that you'll get a faster service here.
