It's quite cozy here, like many places you've got your fair share of snobby and good, friendly neighbors (mostly good).
There is a small parking space for visits near one of the entrances, but there is also parking outside.
A good neighborhood pool, not so big but it's not like it's always full, at least the times I've been there.
Just be sure to be accompanied by someone who actually lives there or there will be issues.
Pool, laundry facilities, and a very nice clubhouse with a kitchen.
