(November 2, 2019, 5:06 pm)My kids love the paddle boats that can be rented by the half hour. Duck food is only a dollar per bag so it makes it a fairly nice outting. The kids enjoy the snacks and icees that are sold there. They also sell dip n dots which is a family favorite. The staff is always pleasant.

(August 18, 2019, 10:55 pm)Great store, friendly people will help you with reservations, sell fishing passes, and rent paddle board. The store sells food, drinks, fishing equipment, and other supplies. Santee Lakes is a great place to spend the day.
(August 17, 2019, 8:34 pm)I went to Santee Lakes to walk. The day use fee is $4.00 per car, but you can park outside and walk in to see he footpaths. I walked the dog walk loop around lakes 6 and 7. The path on the east side is paved. On the west side it is rock and soil. I would go back.
