  The service here was pretty good once we were able to get someone in the show room. We came on a Saturday morning just after opening and no one could find an employee. There were a couple of groups seeking assistance and I had to resort to calling the location to inform them that they had people waiting. Other than that the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the quality and the price of the butcher block countertop we purchased. And the manager was right about easy self-fabrication.
