“We get all our silverware and other supplies from DOW, they have been always on time and nothing change since day one. We love and appreciate all the good work that we have done together and we are looking for more years with you guys. As a food truck, we don't have much space to store all our supplies that's why we get 2 deliveries from DOW a week and it have been constantly coming even with all the crazy things that happened during the pandemic. “Update: I wrote this review before I knew Alan was in an accident. He did contact me later that day to reschedule. The crew showed up on time and provided quality work. I was very happy with their service overall. I made an appointment for an estimate and Alan showed up but unfortunately didn't have the proper equipment to access my roof. We rescheduled for the next business day and HE DIDN'T SHOW UP. He didn't call or inform me he was not coming. I called him several times and no answer. This caused me to be late for work and to have to start over to find a roofer. I would have rather him say he just didn't want the job! Unprofessional and a waste of time!”
