  5. Great location for a post- beach run workout

  A totally comprehensive & unique full workout that lasts 40 minutes. Every class is different. Without a doubt, a challenge for ANYONE in any kind of shape. The instructors give excellent guidance and corrections and are constantly encouraging the students. This workout is GREAT! Get ready to sweat it. The studio is small, only 12 megaformers as well as 12 bikes for either the combo or spinning classes. Plenty parking.

  I love this studio! After attending Elevate classeS I feel like I get an incredible workout and am never bored.

  I took a class at the Lagree studio in Solana in January 2017 and felt that my instructor was equivalent to my favourite instructors in Calgary, in that she was able to give me a good challenge. I’m tough to please from a fitness perspective, and very particular about my training partners. The instructor, who doubled as the front desk staff, was kind and polite and made me feel very welcome. I then made another trip to the area in late February, and book-ended my three-week journey with more Lagree, both in Little Italy and Solana. My first instructor in Little Italy was Alona and she royally kicked my butt, which was difficult to do at that time as no instructor had been able to do that to me for a long time. I did Lagree with two other instructors during that trip, one of which was the first instructor I had tried in January. Little did I know, she was the new owner/manager, Bekah Klein, of Elevate Studios. Bekah has been ever-so-gracious and lovely to me since I first came to the studio. I don’t get to the area very often, but she always remembers me and is so very supportive of my taking classes. Her queueing is good, she’s not afraid to adjust people to ensure alignment/focus is correct, and she puts together a tough sequence. I came again in January 2018 and I would have loved to have done another class with Alona but she has moved on, as we all do. This trip, I took three classes and I was lucky enough to get into one of Bekah’s classes again, and she didn’t disappoint. As a traveler, it’s so wonderful to have gracious people who can give me a good workout at the other end, and I hope to continue to visit the studio whenever I am in the area.

  I've been going to this studio for years and I keep going back because I love it so much! The instructors are fantastic and always encourage me to try new moves and positions. This is the best work out I've done yet! It never gets easy and has transformed my body in ways I would never have thought could be possible. Literally- I have the best abs I've had in my life and it's because of Pilates at Elevate!! Crop tops- all. day. long.
