GalCab Auto Repair

We love Frank. I couldn't get anyone to touch the brakes on my bucket van and those that did, quoted me an unreasonable amount. I randomly pulled into GalCab one day and they not only told me they COULD change my breaks but quoted me a great price as well. He has since been my go-to for everything on my van. If you are looking for great service and great prices, look no further! Thank you for everything GalCab!

The first time I met the owner, Frank, I learned that "GalCab" is a mash-up of his last name and his wife's last name. Frank's last name is "CABELLERO" which is the Spanish word for "gentleman," and I would say this is a fairly accurate description of Frank, in that he was friendly and honest from the start. Last month I had an auto emergency and needed my spark plugs changed right away. He offered a VERY fair price to replace all of my plugs and also fix a lingering problem that I'd had with my heater for well over a year. He had my plugs replaced quickly and I was back up and running same day. Plus, he cleaned my engine and battery as a favor! As part of that project, I found Frank to also be honest in doing his work... the same way that a brother or uncle might help you out. If you don't need it, he won't do it, and he won't try to sell you otherwise! The very next week, I told Frank, "The dealership says I need a new belt. If I bring a new belt to you, how much will you charge to put it in?" And he gave me an EXTREMELY fair price. I bought the belt and brought it to Frank. Frank looks at my belt and says, "Your belt is fine. You don't need a new belt. They were trying to sell you." And he told me to take the belt back to Autozone. So, truth be told, I am now looking for things on my cars to have Frank fix for me. When was the last time you actually WANTED to take your car to a mechanic? Going to see Frank makes you feel like you live in small town, and everybody knows everybody, and Frank is the caballero (or the gentleman) that people trust to fix their car. ~ Thom Hiatt

Outstanding and fast service, glad this was my first and last stop looking for someone to work on my car. Frank is an honest guy who can work with you if it's reasonable. Family oriented father and son business. Will be seeing them for all future repairs and services.

Frank was very helpful when my car broke down with a busted radiator hose: he was professional, helpful, and helped get me on my way. I'll be back to use him for some body work as well. Thanks, Frank!
