Level Acupuncture - Dr Lindsay L. Trottier

I heard about Dr. Lindsay through my sis-in-law when I was going through PCOS, infertility, and trying to conceive back in late 2021.

I went there regularly to unwind and relax after a long day. Dr. Lindsay personalizes your treatment tailored to your needs and prioritizes your health first. At times she was like my therapist, telling me what my body needs and making the adjustments to nurse me back to life. She’s provided me treatment before my IVF transfer, during, and after. For that, I am forever thankful! Now, I have a healthy son because of her help.

I just wish she wasn’t too far since I’m in North County, otherwise, I would be there often.

I refer to Dr. Lindsay Trottier as my hero and a wizard. I’m grateful I was referred to her. I went in for stress and anxiety (work related) and noticed results quickly. I was used to waking up 5-7 times per night for seven years, I thought my young children were to blame and thought I was just a light sleeper. I’m thankful I sleep soundly through the night, my mind isn’t racing all day, and the tingling in my face from stress is now gone.

I see her now for maintenance and I’m happy to travel 45 minutes each way. For any ailment I may have (aches, pains, colds, nasal congestion), I see her. I highly recommend Dr. Lindsay to everyone, she is truly an expert in her craft and offers more than only acupuncture.

I started seeing Dr. Lindsay Trottier in May 2021 after having a second flare up of my previously diagnosed diverticulitis. Since starting my treatment I have never had another flare up. In addition to my initial concern she has treated other issues that have come up in the past few years including anxiety, cholesterol, peri menopause symptoms and most recently grief and loss related symptoms. Dr. Trottier really treats your entire body and mind! I would highly recommend her if your looking for an acupuncturist. She is professional, direct, kind and truly cares about you as a patient and your individual needs.

It has been a pleasure and a blessing to work with Dr. Lindsay Trottier, owner of Level Acupuncture in Spring Valley, California. Her holistic approach to acupuncture, the individual, and the physical body was just priceless!!! She was so kind, so knowledgeable, and showed that she was sincerely interested in my health and well-being.
