  I have come to Valvoline for the passed 5 years and I have had excellent customer service. However, I went to a different location recently in Spring Valley and was met with a service team that gave me the run around regarding getting a replacement battery. They made me think there was something more seriously wrong with my car; it just needed a new battery. The battery was under warranty, but they blamed my alternator, so they wouldn't have to deal with switching my battery. They vaguely suggested I call a number they didn't even have on hand in order to activate the warranty.

  Great service, great experience. They treated me like a king! Didn't even have to get off my car, they kept it very proffecional and I admire that!
