  I came from London on holiday here and found this place to do a little bit of training.
  The owner and the staff are so nice and friendly .. i also box in london and they where very professional at the way they teach and were again very kind to give couple free trial session.. a must visit and train place .. more than 5 stars for me.

  I Love RSD! I look forward to working out with Terry. He makes workouts fun and motivating. Workouts are always different every time.

  I have been coming here for a little over 2 months , and I have definitely seen a difference, 1 week in and I started gaining condition such as not getting tired as much as I used to. The work outs are intense ! Alan and Terry the coaches will go to extreme lengths into getting you in the right stance and getting to that perfect hook. They also have a strength and conditioning class , which is extensive work outs. That throwing up feeling , you get used to it. This is motivation at its finest! Everyday is a different routine ! Get ready to get toned like never before ! Feel the burn ! Love this place!

  I don't like to throw cliches around, but there is truth to the statement: All good things come to those who wait. I had been searching for an affordable, down to earth boxing gym with good energy and flexible schedules for a long time. I stumbled across RSD boxing and am beyond grateful. Tony and Terry are amazing instructors and go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. They really want to see you grow and emphasize the importance of technique and strategy. Boxing is a delicate art and they treat it as such, and we as the students are able to properly learn a mental science while also have a solid workout. Alan, the owner, is very pleasant and humble and has put together an amazing team of instructors with Tony and Terry. The fellow students are pleasant to practice with too. Be sure to take advantage of private lessons in addition to the classes - Tony and Terry will share pearls of wisdom with you.
