Hi, my name is Gita. I am working in beauty industry for many years already.
I first started noticing Kim online, because she was in the same line of work as me doing permanent makeup.Later i found out that she became life and business coach.

Kim is amazing, friendly and professional.

Oh my goodness! I can’t say enough about this retreat. When my husband and I were invited to this retreat we really didn’t know what to expect. We thought it would be more of a staycation than anything else. It turned out to be so much more!

From the beautiful property with excellent walking trails, to the yoga and breath work exercises it was amazing.

There was a curriculum taught by Kim that was simply out of this world in terms of teaching a step-by-step, bullet proof way of reaching your goals that anyone hungry for change would be able to follow!

Not to mention the self-improvement exercises that included painting and vision boards. There was even an authentic Japanese tea ceremony that helped me to look so deep inside myself that I was moved to tears.

I cannot say enough about this retreat. If you need a mind reset and something that will help you get back to your true self this is it.

By the way, I didn’t even get a chance to mention the food. Delicious fresh food every day! I was completely beside myself with happiness. What an amazing weekend. My husband and I left this retreat feeling closer, rejuvenated, happy and ready to take life and career by the horns!

Kim at Mind Retreat is very compassionate and will take time to really understand you and your individual needs. She is a great listener and will even gave me a recap of the session (with note) with practical advise to overcome in my situation. She went above and beyond and recommended reading material to reinforce the advice and steps to help me through my journey. I feel so blessed to have her as my life coach!
