(April 22, 2019, 8:47 pm)I came into Costco the other day after my dealership told me I needed four new tires (I have an all wheel drive but my car only has 13K miles on it)!
I came into Costco and was helped by Bob. He went out, took a look at my car and said that I only needed one. I told him another tire had a nail in it so he went and checked again...this time he came back and said he actually thought they could repair both tires.
A few hour later, I only had to pay $28 out of pocket to have my tires repaired. I appreciated his honesty and his cheesy jokes along the way. They have definitely earned my business! -

(April 16, 2019, 8:30 pm)Our favorite place to get new tires! Costco has great prices on tires and the people in the service center are very knowledgeable in their field. It's so convenient to drop your vehicle off and spend and hour wandering Costco discovering new items. And of course lunch in the Costco cafe is a must while you are there.
