  My favorite sandwich shop ever! My favorite is the BLT.. staff is super friendly, building is well kept and clean. Way better then subway!!

  We used to go here so often that a lot of the employees remembered us, lol. Great people. Their selection is pretty damn large, and all their food is fresh. They replace their selection daily, and watching them make the subs as rather facinating. Love this place.

  Submarina is one of my "go to" places when I want a fresh tasting, quality ingredient sandwich.
  
  I love the soft bread, freshly-sliced deli meat, and good choice of veggies. At other sub places, the veggies look like they have been sitting all day, but here they always look great.
  
  Speaking of veggies, they have sprouts. Now I know that they are an acquired taste, and many people don't like them, but I love them!
  
  Sandwiches come in 6, 9, or 12 inch sizes. They have chips and drinks to go with it.
  
  My favorite is the Cali. Turkey and provolone cheese with bacon and avocado. It can't be a California sub without the avo.
  
  There used to be quite a few franchises in the San Diego area, but now there are not as many. So if you get a chance, stop by and enjoy a fresh tasting sub sandwich.
