  Matt did an outstanding job helping my wife and I find a flooring solution for our baby room. Chris sealed the deal with an extremely professional installation of carpet and a transition to our existing flooring.

  A 5-star experience from beginning to end. Carlos and Gary in the showroom and making measurements and suggestions in our home were just the best! The installation team with Abel leading the way was pleasant, thorough, and accommodating during the 3 days the were here. Such professional work and 10-12 hour work days deserve our appreciation and thanks. They went the extra mile on every aspect of the process and the results are beautiful. Couldn’t be happier that we chose TriCity! 👍☺️

  We are extremely happy with our carpet! We're also very pleased with Gary, who came to measure and tell us more about carpet stuff. Like many people probably do, the first thing we did was go to Home Depot to look at samples and get a quote. The quote was fine, whatever...but we also decided maybe we should see what other places have to offer.
  
  When Gary showed up he was a wealth of knowledge and experience. He explained some things to us about the sample we had from Home Depot and the differences between that sample and what he would recommend for our lifestyle. He talked about durability, fading, different carpet materials....he knows his stuff! What experience did we get from Home Cheapo? "That's the one you want, here's a low-energy employee to measure your room and here's what it will cost you." Lame.
  
  Fast forward to our quote. Pricing for our carpet, pad and install ended up being juuuust barely more when compared to our quote Home Depot but in reality....there is no comparison! Better carpet and better service from Tri City Carpet...hands down.
  
  Install day went smooth and the installers were great. They removed our old orange nasty carpet and cleaned up the area to put down the new stuff. Really great little team.
  
  Again, we are very happy with our overall experience using Tri City Carpet. Great service and great products. My couple of iphone photos really don't do it justice but when the time comes to do our 3 bedrooms you know we'll be calling Tri City Carpet again!

  Had Tri City install both hardwood and carpet in our home. The team did a great job of educating us on the benefits and drawbacks of different materials and helped us pick out some great options we love. Installed it in our home just a few days later too! 110% recommend!
