“I have been going to Carlsbad coastal dental for more than 10 years and I love this place. The technology, the expertise, the customer service is always better than expected. Everything is well explained and Dr. Thylin is so honest with our family's care. We schedule our whole family together and make it a dental day. They are very accommodating and I know it's really hard to get on the schedule but that's because they are awesome and in high demand so availability is limited. The office is extremely thoughtful of its patients. We get hand written mailed cards for all occasions and most recently I scheduled a teeth whitening because we're getting married November. Just 2 days later there's a card in the mail from the entire office congratulating us. It's so meaningful and appreciated to have our dentist do that! If you're able to use Carlsbad Coastal Dental I highly recommend them.”

She explains everything thoroughly and gives great at home tips to keep the teeth and gums healthy. The office cleanliness standards are above and beyond, and the timing of visits fits my schedule perfectly. “This is by far the best dental office I have EVER been to. I only went in for an exam and cleaning but the hygienist, Richard was incredible. I let him know right away my gums were sensitive so when it came down to my cleaning (scrapping) he was ever-so-gentle. I did not flinch in pain or tear up like i normally do. my teeth look so amazing and clean. The office staff in general were very nice, professional and welcoming.”

“This is our 3rd time visiting this office ans the staff are warm, friendly and accommodating. I brought both of my boys and it was a disaster 😂 But the staff didn't make us feel bad and tried everything they could to make the trip as easy as possible. Yesica was outstanding! She recapped everything for me and explained what was happening so I could understand, but didn't talk down to me which i appreciate. Dr Mendoza was also very nice, as were the reception staff.
