“I decided to see a hypnotherapist because i am tired of being on all kinds of different anti anxiety medications that don't work and would even make me feel worse. I honestly didnt know what hypnosis was or what it would do but i figured there wouldn't be any harm done if I tried, better then trying meds that made me feel sick. As i was approaching Steve's office i started having a panick attack due to the stress and anxiety from earlier that day, i get there and he attends to me right away thank goodness! I was literally freaking out, i felt like i couldn't breath i swear i felt like i was dying it was horrible! I dont have much of a way to explain how the heck he was able to get me to calm down but he did it he was able to completely relax me and help me control my breathing i mean i just couldn't believe it, no meds and im calm like if i would have never had a panick attack?! AMAZING!!! Ever since my visit with Mr. Steve Lopez i havent experience any anxiety or panick attacks and its been 2mths! I feel so great! Thank you Steve! “I visited this gym when I was visiting family in Santee. The first and most enjoyable experience was the welcoming family atmosphere. Jeremy welcomed me in with open arms and did not treat me like an outsider. This made it very easy to train at a comfortable and attentive level. Also the attention to detail and coaching was amazing. It was very easy to understand and incorporate. After returning to Kentucky I have used what I learn at Outliers many times at my home gym and its thanks to the great information I was taught. I will be returning to this gym every time I visit San Diego.”

The fried okra was ok, bland on the flavor. Cornbread was dry and flavorless. Biscuits were better than the cornbread. It's a decent place to grab a bite but there are better options for sure”
