My uncle, having trusted Dr Handel with the health of his Rottweilers, and other pets for years, strongly recommended only Palomar Animal Hospital. Since our first appointment, the entire staff has been nothing short of amazing. I am now the one telling everyone I know about PAH, and how awesome they are. From day one with Shrek to day 3,256 when we sadly had to say goodbye to him, everyone at PAH was so caring and helpful, it was like they shared the same love for our "youngest boy". Dr Handel, Dr Knox, Dr Nissen and every single member of their team have been such an important part of our wonderful years with Shrek. I credit them with the extra years of healthy, happy life we shared with him. To see a Great Dane of nearly 11 years old acting just as healthy as 2 years old, is impressive to anyone who knows the breed.
