“I been seen Dr Czvik for long time, and I have never had a complaint. His staff is great and always respond to my request right away. I didn't understand how my insurance worked until they explained it to me. They have gone above and beyond to any of my medical needs. It's sad to see how some people just comment with out knowing how system works and understanding how busy a office can get, they have a 24-48 hours call return policy to return call when not urgent. Dr Czvik is really throughout and extensive on his examinations, and gives patients all the time to ask questions and explains everything in an easy way to understand, it's really hard to find a Doctor like him. His staff is always helpful and nice.”

“Everyone in the shop was friendly and personable. They were able to troubleshoot the problem with my mother’s Pride scooter the day I called. It could have been an easy fix, or the entire motor system may have needed to be replaced at over $500.00. To my delight and surprise, I received a call within a few hours telling me that they were able to repair rather than replace. Honesty over greed is hard to find. They could have just as easily called and said, “Wecannot fix it-We’ll have to replace the motor.””

“Walked in due to an ear infection, and was seen very quickly. Staff was friendly, and it was nice to be able to fill prescription right there. Very reasonable prices as well. My total bill for visit and meds came to less than it would have been to walk in to an urgent care. For the people complaining about Not being seen (when they were coming in close to closing time), maybe call ahead when you know you're getting there late, to be sure they will have time for the service you need that day. A little common sense and consideration goes a long way.”
