I still use his online programs & they help me out so much. He’s a very good trainer; that pays attention to your needs. Makes a program for you based on what he feels you will need to make the progress that you want. I use to train with him 2 times a week. He was always so flexible with my schedule because of my 2 kids. His rate is very fair for the training that you get. If you are looking for a great trainer, I highly recommend him. You won’t be disappointed.”

“Dr. Cook is a grand slam in the bottom of the 9th with the go ahead run at the plate and a full count with two outs. He's the doctor I go to when I've thrown my back out, or have a tension headache, or any sort of malady that is nerve or muscle based in my back or joints. In the seemingly decade long history I have with him he always remembers my history, what was going on in my life the last time we spoke (which sometimes is years) and takes a general interest in his patients. Of all the chiropractors I've been to he is definitely my favorite, and even after I moved I still commute to see him because of his bedside manner, professionalism, and aptitude at his craft.”

I had crippling pain down my lower back left side that went down my leg to my knee for years I've been a snowboarder and had a few car accidents that did a number on my legs .
