“Working out with Matt over the past year has changed my life. I’ve always been very active but also have spent time sitting at a desk for work. After experiencing years of pain from a couple of back injuries from snowboarding, combined with sitting at a desk sometimes 12-16 hours/day, my overall physical well being had declined significantly. Typically, I threw out my back 2-3 times/year, each time needing to visit an urgent care or ER for pain meds/muscle relaxers. Since starting strength training with Matt, I haven’t thrown out my back once. This was my #1 goal I’ve achieved it. I never realized how critical this training could be in my life.
