Dr. Kringel listened to all my concerns, answered all my questions, and made me feel like a part of the the decisions that were made. He made sure I had the correct follow up care, referred me to the right doctors and told me why he recommended them. Pretty painful stuff, and they were able to help guide me with any type of assistance products from my hospital bed (rush delivered AND assembled for me the day I got home from my major and first hospital stay) to a raised toilet seat, to my wheelchair. With my diagnosis, I have had huge fluctuations in my health status and physical abilities. They made it so simple and easy. When I needed them, they were always there.
