I started a 2x weekly personal training session over Zoom with Ariel. We increased to 3x weekly and I got stronger, more confident and experienced a huge boost in mental acuity at work (I help travel nurses find jobs around the country). This month I am celebrating being able to: - do 25 push ups straight through - hold a 2 minute plank - play 2x2 beach volleyball for 3 hours (after 6 months of social distancing and no volleyball) I have now transitioned to in-personal training at Rawmana in San Diego (all outdoors!). And the environment is like a family - the owner Siaosi Veimau creates that. Highly recommended for virtual or in-person personal training.”

After days of worry and anxiety, she was able to fully treat me that same day. She was kind and truly relieved all my medical concerns. She did a small procedure and ordered antibiotics and I was on my way to healing. I also had a follow up visit with at Dr. Redkar's Olympic blvd. office as well. The staff were all friendly and helpful at both offices. Plus, the cost of services was affordable. Dr. Redkar was wonderful and has a great bedside manner. I highly recommend her.
