Being able to have a Belgium Tripel and saurkraut'ed Bratwurst simultaneously in heart of Encinitas was a treat. I missed the bulk of it, but seems to have a good trivia night too (not sure of day). Place could use a good deep cleaning as I won't go into too many details. Staff attention drifts away as night progresses and beers consumed. But otherwise, a fun and solid experience. I'll be back.”

I was also happy to find out they’re a good coffee shop in what feels like the middle of nowhere. The sole employee early in the morning worked her tail off to cut down the line. “This place just opened in the plaza next to seven eleven on mission. I believe it’s part of a chain of taco fast casual restaurants. There’s plenty of parking in there lot outside and there is also some outside seating set up under a tent. When you walk in there is cool music playing and neon lights by the restroom. You can see the cooks behind a glass wall putting together all the tacos and burritos from fresh ingredients. Their menu is fairly limited but it has all the standards. Also an extensive selection of juices and drinks. I got a Horchata that was really good and it was huge. They do not serve any alcohol . Just juices and bottles of soda. Tacos were all really good and we got them with everything on them. I will say we got the chicken and the carne Asada and both were pretty spicy. I like spicy so I enjoyed them but if you aren’t a spicy person maybe get the salsa on the side. Great addition to the neighborhood. Will be back for sure.”

Their red and green salsa's were amazing, the green one felt right at home with a very pleasant spice level yet still having very complex flavor's. “First time coming here. We stopped in after a movie...pretty late, around 9pm on a Saturday night (and Mexican Independence Day no less). It was not busy. Parking was easy, but it took a couple of minutes to get serviced as the person on-duty was busy filling up the salsa bar. We ordered the 5 rolled tacos, Cali and Bean & Cheese Burrito, Diablo and an El Hefe taco. Service was pretty quick, and we got to check out their salsa bar - which, I must say, was quite impressive. I noticed a lot of other quick Mexican food places don't have a salsa bar, or lost it during covid, so it was nice to see so many options here. This is a huge plus in my book. Everything was excellent. The fries in the Cali burrito were actually crispy, not soggy. The rolled tacos came with carne asada on top! What!? This is so unusual but really awesome, and for only $8. My tacos were great, I could hardly finish them. I was bummed they were out of the Chicharron Tacos but next time that's first on my list.”
