“My stay at Motel 6, Chula Vista, CA, was absolutely great!! The room was very clean and quiet. I was upgraded to one of their suites, which was awesome, very spacious and very comfortable. I totally enjoyed my stay and will stay again in the near future. One of the staff, Don, was very helpful and very professional. Don truly knows the meaning of "excellent customer service", and is truly, one of the reasons, I will definitely be back, in the future. This Motel 6 is located near a lot of well known restaurants. When I stay at a hotel, the two things I look for are cleanliness and quietness, this one had both!! I will choose this location, again, in the near future. The staff treated everyone like a "VIP"!! Also with this pandemic, the staff's main concern guest safety, not profit. They only rent every other room and very aware of guest staying 6 ft apart. I'm sure they lost a lot of money in doing so, but I appreciate them very much.”

“Randomly stopped into Pachamama and was pleasantly surprised. I’ll admit, when my husband and I first walked in we thought “oh great, another hipster place that will have overpriced ‘meh’ food.” We we’re WRONG! The food is delicious. The staff is friendly- especially Mercedes who stopped at our table to tell us all about the owner and the inspiration for the place. Apparently the owner owns the farm where some of the food is grown! The owner seems like a generous women. Dog treats support the local humane society and kids can plant seeds and take them home! Love this place!!!”

“I like eating here. Slice of pizza - $2. Turket melt thing - $4. Hot dog or polish dog with a soda - $1.50. I come here and I get one of everything. A whole "combo" pizza is $10. the chicken bakes are like $3 but I don't have a photo of one. i like costco food court for every occasion. i don't know how any place competes with costco food court. you must like cheese I guess cuz most things have cheese on them. you don't need a costco club membership to buy at their food court, although you do need one to go into the store.”

Simple items like the rice (yellow in color from tumeric, soft silky, with a hint of coconut or butter) and naan (soft, warm and a good chew) were very tasty. I ordered the vegan 2 item combo plate with cauliflower and also spinach potato. Everything was flavored well and very tasty. I love spicy food and asked them to make it “very very very” spicy and they sure delivered! Idk what that other review was saying about the Himalayan joint. That place has awful food, I went there 3 times just to be sure. I will be coming to Masala Cottage more often! Great Food!!”

“Just picked up a bottle of their “Constitution” Kentucky bourbon rye whiskey and immediately put it in a glass to have it neat and ... I am pleased to say this is probably one of the best bourbons I have had in a long time! Super good. Love the complexity with the various notes I am picking up. Totally recommend grabbing a bottle and helping them during the CORONA craziness. They need our help! Cheers!”
