“Beautiful restaurant. Staff is very friendly and attentive. The price was not to outrageous for the portions I received. Even though the jidori chicken was tasty it was tough. The mixed vegetable bed for the chicken was lacking a sweet taste, which was the only thing lacking in the dish. The lemon crumble on the mashed potatoes gave the mild sour while the chicken breading had the savoury taste. Sorry for no photo, I didn't think about it until I was halfway done.”

“Considerate Service & Great Food. It was my first trip to Luna Grill and very memorable. the staff was patient, describing items, and even paying attention to my tomatoes aversion. They made sure that a item which included them, did not have them for my bowl. Everything was very hot, very fresh, garlic aioli strong and flavorful, hummus creamy, the basmati rice was perfectly prepared, couscous yummy, I could've eaten a whole bowl, the pita bread was hot with the spicy dip, everything.... extremely tasty. The pomegranate tea was delicious, the seating was comfortable and made for a great destination to catch up with a friend. I look forward to returning. “When I was in the Rancho San Diego area, I found this place. I went for the beef over macaroni and cheese, with creamed spinach on the side and a large beverage. I liked it, especially with the sweet barbecue sauce. Three varieties of sauces were there: original, sweet, and spicy. Nice.”

To be honest I really hoped to have heard back from management as I spend over $50 there every week!!! So just some friendly biz advice from one owner to the next OLD POST:I have been to this location several times and have never had an issue in fact I have been above and beyond happy with the customer service as well as the quality of the food I have received. However to day I placed an online order that was submitted at 3:00 p.m. and was to be ready at 3:15 p.m. I alerted the female behind the counter at 3:10 p.m. that I was there she had me sit right near the register. I saw her put my food into the to go bags and then set it on the back counter. Then she proceeded to walk toward the back and chit chat and hug a friend walk around talk to another coworker in walked past me a total of 5 or 6 times without acknowledging me. At 3:30 I finally inquired as to what exactly it was that i was waiting for she told me she did not know. Then proceeded to ask me what my name was again then went and gave me the order that had been sitting on the back counter for 15 minutes with no apology. My salads were warm my French fries were soggy left a little bit upset may or may not return customer service goes a long way. And considering that my order was for around $58 it's a bit upsetting.”
