“This place was awesome! Cajun and BBQ ! Both were authentic , the BBQ was actually very impressive. We went on a Thursday night which I highly suggest as the local Jazz radio station has the mic and the bands were amazing. Drinks were not terribly expensive, staff was great, food was really really good, but the music and atmosphere on a Wed took the cake. Would go back again and probably will even though I live in Ocean Beach. 10/10 would recommend again!!!”

It might seem expensive compared to other places (where at Roberto's while drunk at 2am you can get 3 rolled tacos for $1.99), but these are legit rolled tacos with a decent amount of meat rather than the frozen ones you'd get from Costco or the ones I remember from Roberto's / Rojelio's / etc.... Not sure why people would complain about food taking longer than other places. I'm happy to wait a few extra minutes for fresher food.”

The black and blue swordfish we're both fantastic, the escargot on mushrooms we're mind-bogglingly good, the cocktail shrimp had a cool presentation using dried ice but we're also the best cleanest tasting shrimp I've ever had. The cocktail sauce was even exceptionally delicious. The servers are super helpful, friendly, and communicative. They do their jobs extremely well.”

The fried zucchini is always a great substitute for the fries, and the give plenty of ranch dressing without you having to ask or extra charge. They do good daily dinner/lunch special and the prices are better than fair and the portions are generous. The restaurant is clean, very clean bathrooms and the have a drive thru too. A must if you're in the area.”
