“If you're looking for a crowded, noisy patio bar on the beach for amazing sunset views, this is it. For what it is, it's a pretty good one. Personally, I could have done without so much noise and crowding but I appreciate the fact that this is PB and it is that type of bar. From this perspective, it's a 4-star spot.They do have a full bar and the bar tender was great but the server told us she could only remember beer orders. I asked the kitchen for two of their best tacos and was told that would be the fish tacos. They were surprisingly good with a healthy piece of crisp fried fish on each. I was pleasantly surprised to find their salsa is actually hot. The food was ready pretty quickly despite the crowd, they call your name when your order is up. We were able to find a couple stools in a corner of the patio closest to the beach just before sunset even though it was packed. This is also a great location for people watching, as the beach path is just off the patio.”

“Great spot for sushi on the beach. Rolls are all in the $16-$18 range and tasty, with a good bit of spice. The atmosphere and the view are the two things why you should come here, as you sit above the boardwalk and all the craziness below. There might be a bit of a wait on weekends as expected, but we found it was well worth it. The weeknights we came here, we were seated right away, but the place got busier as the night progressed. If you're in Mission Beach and looking for dinner with a view, this is the spot.”

Very good corn tortillas that stand up to generous portions of ingredients without falling apart. The carnitas was fantastic. The fish was okay and certainly good enough for the price. But don’t expect grouper or high-end fish.. more like fried white fish that’s mildly flavored. Definitely would recommend for a quick bite to eat.”

“My son and I decided to try Canada Steak Burgers. I told the young girl Sarah that we've never been here and wanted to know what the a burgers contain. She was patient and very informative. She was amazing. Sarah gave excellent customer service with a smile and excited for us to try the double steak burger for the first time. Sarah is the perfect example of customer service. But I thought I might as well share that I learned to check my order the next time, as one time I thought I've saved time when I was handed a Hawaiian pizza when I expected it's up to 15 minutes wait. Got there, put order and I was handed a Hawaiian pizza. No waiting. Got home, and only then discovered it isn't freshly made, maybe it was someone's order who didn't show up.”
