Now, she might have her hands full, but doesn’t mean she forgot about you, means she’s busy with other things and multi managing everything else but she will get back to you as soon as possible which she always does! She Manages this park fantastically! So happy shesysomeone that really loves her job and who’s really good at what she does! Superbly great! Thankful for everyone here! “A piece of my heart will always be in Rancho Monserate. I don't like the term mobile home because it sounds like it's a trailer and these are manufactured homes that you can barely tell the difference between a house and one of these and the interior are really nice and the exterior is looks very nice. An awesome place to live. Gorgeous golf course and surrounding area is just nature packed and so beautiful. Lot's of options like swimming in the pool we're going into the jacuzzi overlooking the golf course, playing golf, tennis or pool. Plenty of nice people to mingle with and make new friends. It's like being on vacation all year round. ????????????????”

“Nice, save and quite place to live in. The tenants are good people and you don't need to worry about trouble makers or other problems. And our manager Dita is outstanding. She always helps the tenants when needed, tries hard to cut us a good deal with Chris Welsh, the park owner, and her children Kilian and Audrey are her best helpers. My son and I are leaving and we will miss all of you and keep you all and the park in our memories. After all we have been here about a total of 11 years but moving now to be close to our relatives out of state.”

“Using RV world storage was truly the best storage experience my husband and I have ever had. Jim made the process of signing up and payment so easy and stress-free, which we were so grateful for, because we literally booked a space with them about four hours before we were to arrive in Southern California. Their monthly price was half of all the other RV storage places I called. Throughout our four month stay with RV world storage, Jim was always so easy to get hold of and would get back to us right away. The kindest man we’ve ever met! The 24 hour access we had to our RV was so convenient. It’s in a nice area and always felt very safe. Truly don’t know what we would have done without RV World Storage as everywhere else we called was too pricey, too many restrictions and they were too hard to get a hold of. Thank you Jim and RV World Storage for providing my husband and I with an amazing storage experience. It’s not often that you find great customer service, and so we had to write this review. Little by little, updates are being made. I was surprised by the 1-2 stars and their comments. It just doesn't match up with my experience.”

“This is a very nice Mobile Home Park and has some lovely homes some newer quality as well as some older homes. Unfortunately everything in the San Diego area is rather pricey the farther you go away from the city then you find prices at our lower but even in Chula Vista you're going to be paying upwards of $700 for a nice park and in San Diego you'll be paying closer to $1,000 a month to live in a nice park.”
