“This was is one of our favorite RV parks we have found. The grounds are kept up and the staff is extremely friendly. Great view of the Bay on one side and access to a beach area on the other. The location is perfect and close to all San Diego attractions and 20 minutes from La Jolla. We will be returning this summer for sure!”

“Quaint park that sits atop two canyons.Seems well maintained,Tenants have use of clubhouse,swimming pool, jacuzzi,and laundry.I know someone who lives here,and they are pleased with the location and freeway access close at hand.also a good central location to USD,Clairemont,Mesa College,Kearny Mesa as well as fashion and Mission valley and friars rd shopping ,South on 163 takes you to Hillcrest,Northpark,Balboa Park Petco Park,the Gaslamp district Downtown and harbor attractions. so you can choose from many San DIego destinations from this central local. “This is a private Military park. It's super clean, with full hook ups, in good working condition. Great private beach, although it's littered with SHARP oyster shells. My son ended up in the ER and needed 7 stitches from playing barefoot. So, wear shoes in the sand/muck. Most of the RVers who visit here are quiet and polite. good cheap laundry. Only downside is no place for the kids to play.”

“The negative comments by David Tufillaro are retaliation. He was banned from entering the park by the management. Someone reporting his actions is the reason. This is a lovely park and the people are wonderful. There are so many fun events like breakfasts, pot lucks, karaoke, etc. Whenever I drive into our park it has such a resort feel with all the palm trees. We have 2 clubhouses with pool tables, shuffle board, swimming pools, and spas. There is nothing not to love. The ground is not wet as one person claimed. The rent control is amazing. Where else in California can you live for under $600 per month and that includes water and trash.”
