“I'm a teacher looking to get another classroom pet that will be a good balance of "wow" factor, easy to care for, cheap to feed, not too big, small footprint, has a kid-proof enclosure, and affordable. It also has to be semi self-sufficient due to weekends the school is closed. I've had reptiles for my entire life but hadn't dabbled in anything tropical yet. The store is making these beautiful terrariums for tropical animals, and I was sold. I had TONS of questions for Jesus, who diligently took the time to answer them all. We easily spent an hour just going over logistics. He showed me the options for equipment and animals, explained how everything would work, and was able to help me make contingency plans for various issues that might arise (as all teachers do 🤣) over the weekends or days I was out. I wanted to be as informed as possible so I could teach my students about their new pets. I was very happy and learned a ton, and I'm excited for my students to get to experience a mini ecosystem! I've been a customer of LLL since I was a child and am so excited they are still giving the best customer service 20 years later. Prices are usually very, very competitive and I have been fortunate to take advantage of the discounts for installation as well as manufacturer discounts. Staff has been friendly and scheduling works best with an appointment. Where it really is a bonus for me is keeping up with tire rotations and the convenience of shopping while they service my vehicle. During a recent rotation, I had an eye appointment at Sam's, had lunch, shopped and received my flu shot. Wish they had a barber. LOL. Thank you Sam's. They also service headlights and pricing for batteries is very competitive.”

“I have been using Rick Stearns for over 10 yrs now and he truly is a computer genius. When reading the 3 Google reviews I do not deny that he smokes and I am not sure if it is in the store or out back however I was just in there the other day and I didnt smell any second hand smoke or otherwise. What I also like most i that Rick can fix my computer from his store/office on Team Viewer, it is cheaper and I don't have to deal with anything. I havent ever found anyone who know more than he does. In fact, I had a problem with my computer and it was Cox issue and they sent out 4 people and couldn't figure out what was wrong after about an hour or so I had them get on the phone with Rick and he directed them how to fix it in about 15 minutes. One of the guys from Cox couldn't believe it and said I will be calling him again! Pretty good referral if you ask me.”
