“I just have to say Karina is the Best! I went to Boost Mobile to ask about the promotions and she answer all my questions, she even told me how my daughter was able to get a new phone. I have worked in customer service for a long time and the way Karina treats her customers can't be compare to anyone else I have work with and its really rare to see that kind of attitude she puts into her work and making her customers feel secure and understand what they are purchasing. We ended getting and activating 4 new phones, the whole process took us about one hour but Karina made it a real pleasent and entertaining hour.
