The good news is their technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. Where they still need improvement is in minimizing call-backs on new system installs. I recently installed two mini splits (AC units) on a property and both times they had to come back later. I appreciate that they were concerned about other work going on, but I’m convinced that some or all of the callbacks could have been avoided. Even so, they are always improving and for that reason I’d use them again.”
