I told him I had to take the 5 boxes I purchased via bus, and he immediately after purchase got a lot of twine and tied my boxes together for 5 minutes straight, making sure it was secure. This place holds a special spot in the community of city heights and you'll feel welcomed whether or not you're a regular! My experience has been nothing but pleasurable and the staff are friendly. “Okay...so I've been spending large quantities of time at this location....and for very long spurts I observe the barista's greet guests by name and shower them with genuine hospitality and friendship. Very difficult to communicate, however of all the SB joints I've patronized I must say this is the cleanest (bathroom's, Cafe, patio) most welcoming location BAR NONE.”

“Dominique has done my hair numerous times and I feel like after seeing her for over a year now it was the best time to leave her a review. Sometimes you can go to a hairstylist a few times and have it be great the first time but then off the subsequent visits. Dom is so consistent she always does an amazing job on my hair. I never feel rushed out of the door and I always feel truly listened to and heard when describing my vision. She always makes a point to tell me exactly what to expect if I come in with a photo of hair color and how she can get me that result but for the health of my hair (hello brunette to heavy blonde highlights) it may take more than one visit. I appreciate that she cares about the health of my hair and her ability to communicate all of the things shes doing and why. I love that she revisits my hair cut after shes dried my hair and really takes care to be sure everything looks perfect. Shes easy to talk to and I have never been able to catch her in what seems like a bad day, shes always really positive and kind. I highly recommend her, she also is amazing at physically walking with me into the aisles to point out the products so I can achieve the look at home and care for my hair. 10/10 recommend!”

“From Kansas visiting relatives in Rancho Santa Fe. Sunglasses were starting to slip on the bridge, so stopped into LensCrafters to see if they could tighten them. Anthony assisted us and what great customer service. He not only tightened the sunglasses, but my regular glasses as well and then thoroughly cleaned both pairs. Did not ask if we were customers or where we bought the frames. This LensCrafters sets the standard and above for customer service which all businesses should use as a template.”
