“Went in to get some information on switching over from Metro to T-Mobile couple days ago and they went above and beyond to get all my questions answered. They gave me a great deal on a plan including my trade in for a cool blue iPhone 12 nobody else had, so I signed up for a line of service. A small issue arose getting me signed up but the manager lady came in and quickly fixed it, even giving me some credit towards my next bill cycle which was pretty cool. Out of all the T-Mobile branches I went to these past couple days, this branch definitely got me taken care of. Some of the employees were a bit off task since it was slow but the manager lady quickly got on them to get back to work which was a good move I believe. Overall, Great experience, friendly atmosphere, and awesome customer service! Will recommend to friends and family.”
