“As I’m sure is the case with many pet owners, putting our dog down was one of the most difficult things we’ve ever had to do, but the entire experience with Peaceful Passing was worth every cent. Being able to say goodbye to our family’s companion and grieve in the privacy of our living room - where he truly passed peacefully to the Rainbow Bridge - was a decision we’ll never regret. Dr. Jessica Laemmle was a real professional and brought a bedside manner that was both comforting to our dog and to us. I even asked her to check his vitals again after she had pronounced his passing - just to be sure he was really gone - and she did so without hesitation. She walked us through a few of his vitals, which gave us the surety we needed that our pups was truly at rest so we could feel confident once she had gone away with him. PP also partners with Furever Loved, a small, family-owned crematory that provided reassuring updates as we waited expectantly for pup’s final homecoming. They delivered him back in a very nice oakwood memory box, along with a good paw print, fur clipping, and a few other materials. He had clearly been handled with love & care the few weeks he was away from us. I highly recommend these services.”

“So I've been searching for a 1/4 violin for my son and it seems like a lot of music stores just don't have inventory. And if they had it, it was for rent only. Well, this store does! And its pretty much a one stop shop. I've been also looking for a shoulder rest for him and this store had exactly what I was looking for (and tons of them to be exact). Their rental prices per month were also the cheapest around town. They have a "rent to own" type of thing where if you end up paying the price of the violin, you just get to keep it. Kinda cool. Also, this store pays attention to the small details. So many stores have untuned violins on display. Their violins on display are tuned!!! How refreshing. Anyways, the store looks small, but is huge inside. We came around school band season and they had tons (and I mean tons) of instruments laying around for kids and their school bands. Tons of selection for sheet music too. They had a Super mario songs book for piano which my kids gravitated towards. Anything to make them want to learn music. It'll be my future music purchase once they can read notes. They also offer lessons inside the store which is nice. We live a little too far for lessons, but if we lived closer, I would definitely be coming here for lessons. Clean store, and super friendly staff who know their music and you can ask them questions about any instruments. David was super friendly and helpful!”

“I recently got a Tesla and needed a 14-50 outlet installed, so I got quotes from multiple companies including Ms Sparky, who came in cheapest (and a friend had recommended to me). I emailed with Mary (the owner) directly and coordinated with her. This was a little frustrating because initially she said I needed a 60 amp breaker when it should be 50 as far as I know for a 14-50 outlet-- I pointed this out and she changed it to 50 amp. Her original quote was about $500 off of what the actual cost ended up being too, probably because of quoting just off my pictures. So no biggie on that. But when the tech came to do the install he was expecting my panel to be right next to where I wanted the outlet and that was not the case. Also the breaker they ordered wasn't the right one. In order to make room they'd need a combination breaker instead. Again, this was frustrating a little because I had sent pictures of my panel to Mary already so I thought they would've seen what needed to be ordered. Tech also said it's a two person job not one, and he'll need another person. He was reluctant at first to run the wiring through attic like I wanted but I finally convinced him the attic is spacious and open enough. He called Mary and got a better quote number and said they'd let me know when they can come back to install. About five days later got an email back saying they were ready to install again. Got it scheduled and a two person crew came out and took care of it. Ran the wiring and outlet exactly where I wanted it, and everything looked great to me. And my Tesla charges beautifully now. So in the end, I'm happy with the result but getting there felt a little more difficult than it should've been.”

“Looking for a new facility for my father-in-law who is 95 and has some specific things we were looking for in a facility. Julie Myers from Cypress Court is amazing. We visited other facilities and did not get a good feeling, but with Julie she listen to our needs and was able to provide answers (which not all places could) - really guided us through the process. During the walk around of the facility, it was great seeing the residence playing cards or other games and how happy they all looked. The facility was clean, rooms were really nice and the remodeled rooms are beautiful. The bathroom was probably my favorite part as it was big enough to move around a wheel chair around, safety bars to hold in a number of places and had the low lip to get in and out of the shower. Things that would make his life easier. VERY IMPRESSED with Julie and the facility.”

“Cafe Royale had some of the best goat meat dish I've had in a while. Fork tender with some flavorful rice green bell pepper and onion. Their red and green salsa's were amazing, the green one felt right at home with a very pleasant spice level yet still having very complex flavor's. The red salsa was sweeter and was a nice palate cleanser for the dish. The staff was pleasant and welcoming with a nice price point for the amount of food. This might be the new spot!”
