“Stopped in today. Don't go by the photos posted, I'm assuming this shop moved in the last year. No real signage on the warehouse. However, the customer service was top notch, took the time to ask who was getting the board (for our 9 year old daughter, her first board). Asked her weight and tailored the bushings to her weight so she'd be able to turn it and actually get into skating. Selected a board that he felt best fit for her first board, with soft enough wheels for her to be able to learn on, but also a little tail for her to start learning tricks if she would like to. Replaced the stock bushings with a softer one for the first time, young skater. Explained to us that a normal trick board would have hard wheels and hard bushings which could have a negative learning experience. Gave us their cyber Monday sale price, and said come back if there are any issues. Suggested to bring her to the park in RPQ when she gets comfortable. We'll definitely reccomend.”

“I coordinated a wedding for a friend on very short notice (3 weeks) and had to choose from a list of the venue's preferred caterers. Most were too expensive because they charged a minimum for 100 people, but we only had 30. Brothers didn't have a minimum and the menu options were varied, so I went with them. They were great!! Very responsive to all my questions and helpful with the planning. They even helped coordinate with the party rental company. They showed up on time and set everything up beautifully. Debbie, the Brothers catering coordinator who came to our event, was AWESOME!! She helped me with all the timing throughout the night and was so kind and friendly. And the food was high quality and DELICIOUS!! I would highly recommend using Brothers for any event you have.”

“I worked with the Hardy folks on a creamery tank scale project in November of 2019. Toward the end of the project, as we were getting ready to go back online, we damaged our scale display to the point that it could not be mounted properly. On the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, at 2 in the afternoon, I got in touch with their customer support folks to get a replacement display ASAP. The new display was onsite by 10AM Friday, the day after Thanksgiving. Talk about great customer service!! We installed the replacement immediately and started up on time. Thank you Hardy!”
