One of my towers, I noticed the bass being overwhelmingly louder than the other. Called Bestbuy and got the run around to 5 people, with no answer. Talked with Lowie at customer service for deftech, and he got a new amp approved to ship to my house faster than my phone call to Bestbuy. For me, they stood by their product. “The pool is a delight and although outside it was 111° the room was cool and comfy. The location is perfect and they were animal friendly so having my little 15 year old toothless dog with me there was a dream. It was a great stay. The only thing I'd say is as a woman traveling alone, after 11pm they shut all the lights off so it gets pretty dark. Sharing so you're aware and can plan accordingly.”
