“I am the facilities manager for a San Diego North County manufacturing firm. 6 years ago when we moved into this building we discovered that the air conditioning system had been neglected for approximately 10 years. We have a water sourced heat pump system that relies on cooling water from an outside evaporative cooling tower. All of our A/C units are located inside the building. The entire system from the interior A/C units to the cooling tower to the individual cooling loops was in horrible shape. Needless to say our dated and neglected system was unreliable, difficult to get to, and on the verge of collapse. Such a collapse would have shut our production efforts down. “These guys are awesome! I wasn't originally considering a Jacuzzi brand hot tub because I assumed I'd be paying a premium just for the name. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they're competitively priced. In addition, Jacuzzi hot tubs are much better looking than the others I was considering. We ended up buying a J-585, and we couldn't be happier. My only complaint is that there's no real shelf area where you can comfortably rest your arms and/or drinks. In fairness, I wasn't able to find a hot tub of any brand that was adequate in that regard. I also buy all of my supplies (chemicals, filters, etc.) from Aqua Paradise. Their prices are basically the same as Amazon, and I can always get any questions I have answered while I'm in there.”

“Had Jay from Hearts come out after our pest guy was not responsive to a pretty bad scorpion issue. Jay walked in and was greeted by - guess- a scorpion!! He calmly took care of it and began to assess the situation. He took his time, looked st everything, advised what he was going to do and finally NO SCORPIONS!! He could not have been more understanding and he has an immense amount of patience to deal with my scorpion induced hysteria. Oh and next day- sent a message to check on the situation and is coming back on Monday to follow up. If this isn’t the best customer service ever I don’t know what is!! He came highly recommended and I am so elated I made the switch to them/Jay!!”
