  First time I've used a full service mover. They were very responsive and returned quote. However, the quotes keep changing as we've already committed and in mid move. I can understand changing some after physically seeing the amount that has to move but it was multiple times and incorrect ones sent and in the end the price was much higher than the owner (Pedro himself had personally quoted and told me verbally and by text) told me it would be. At the end, someone else in his office (female and I didn't speak to her because my husband was wrapping up the bill as I was unpacking) ended up charging us a lot more per hour even after all the requotes. This is my only dissatisfaction. Overall, they packed and moved our stuff very quickly and professionally. There was some language barrier so things ended up in storage in the wrong order or shouldn't have been there. They were very hard and fast workers, helped solve some furniture fitting problems, respectful, professional and helped transport a vehicle as well. I also have to add that this was during the pandemic and they were operating by protocol. I had a hard time trying to find movers to even give me a quote but Pedro called back immediately. I would recommend them and use them again but I would make sure the quote doesn't move on a sliding scale before committing.

  Wow! Just used Pedro's moving services between 2 high-rises in the city.
  They were professionals with all the necessary paperwork such as COI and workers comp. They arrived in a timely manner, and caused no damage neither to my property or the buildings. Very fast, priced very reasonably. Cannot go wrong using Pedro's moving services. Very impressive!!!

  Omar and his team helped my boyfriend and I move from Palo Alto into a new condominium in San Francisco this past weekend. The movers were extremely fast, hard-working, polite, and careful to abide by all of our new condominium's move-in policies (of which there were many). We could not have been more satisfied with our move! Pedro was also very helpful and quick to get me all of the paperwork and insurance documents needed over email before the move. We would gladly use Pedro's Moving Services again!

  I moved in October and had a great experience with Pedro's.
  
  The first is that the building I moved into requires a fair amount of liability insurance from the moving company. I called many movers that did not have the level of liability required. Pedro's does, thankfully.
  
  I spoke with Maria on the phone, who was very helpful. I called 4 days before my move date and they were able to fit me in. I even called back to push back the move by one hour and they were able to make that change with no problem.
  
  The real stars, however, are the movers. Rene and Hector were my movers. They had to navigate parking in SF, which they managed to do without getting a ticket . I had several fragile boxes that made it safely. I had one large box that I didn't want anything on top of and they did that. All my furniture and artwork made it without a scratch. They were professional but also fun talk to and made my move so much more enjoyable than I thought it would be.
  
  I would highly recommend them!
