All communication and visit details were clear, minimal to now wait times during visits and very pleasant staff to interact with. We had our first appointment a few months ago already, and I have to say we are very pleased.

My daughter (8) and myself have been treated very nicely, explained (mainly to her, not just me) everything in detail and felt no rush, giving us plenty of time and space for questions and discussion of the why, how, options, etc.

The follow up appointments have been just as nice. Usually on time, no waiting in a room forever! And flexible and accommodating in general :)
