  First time experience with Aspen Dental. The appointment scheduling was easy. Very much automated. Each person I met was pleasant and knowledgeable about their job. The location was clean and parking was easy. Great start with a new dental practice.

  I called on Friday at roughly 3:00. I procrastinated and thought my toothache would improve. They did not have an appointment available of course. The pain of the toothache could be controlled with Tylenol. They were fully booked for the next week but suggested I come in first thing Monday as a walk-in. On Monday, I arrived at 7:00 am. By 10AM, I had my front tooth filled and a complete cleaning and was on my way home. They could have not treated me any better. I have been their patient for 3 years. I am a very satisfied customer!

  Going into Aspen with the issues that I have, I was really nervous. But everyone from beginning to end were Pleasant and very professional. Everyone made me feel comfortable about the situation. Thank you to everyone there I highly recommend them. I'm sorry I don't remember all their names, but I will include them in future reviews.

  LOVE this place!! Made an appointment this morning, got in in the afternoon! Quick and friendly service, very friendly doctor! Got samples to try several different contacts before buying. Nicest experience I've had for an eye exam in years. ?

  I love Urban Eyes. I have been a customer in this store for many years. The store itself is appealing in that it is very open and bright. The frames are displayed in a very clear and organized fashion with plenty of places to sit down and compare styles, look in the mirror etc.. There is never any hard sell. Staff are present and happy to help but in no way pushy. This year, for the first time I had a problem with a very expensive frame breaking. I was really worried because I had not mishandled them, and I could not understand the breakage. I called the store and they were completely professional and accommodating. They had my frames fixed quickly and shipped them to me at no cost. They are really kind, understanding, excellent business people who take very good care of their customers. I feel lucky to have found Urban Eyes and I never go anyplace else for glasses.
