(May 31, 2022, 11:31 am)Went in for a gasket on a Mansfield toilet. Didn't have it on the shelf, but did have the whole assembly, which would have cost much more. Salesman did an inventory check and found it in the back. Will definitely go there again

(June 4, 2021, 3:52 pm)A day and a half I had been trying to find an adapter for my kitchen faucet attachment. Big box stores could not help me. I was then referred to Ferguson's. They understood my dilemma and we're very compassionate in attempting to find what I needed. Unfortunately they did not have the adapter I needed but were able to find an adapter to connect my two hoses together and rectify the issue. And at the end of the day with great customer service the salesman didn't charge me for the part. Definitely will return and recommend to anyone who needs plumbing parts these guys will get the job done. Thank you
