I was going to do a detailed review of everything that Brian has done over the last 6 years to improve my fit on multiple bikes seats bars etc. The bottom line is Brian has a GIFT combined with a tremendous amount of training, studying and fitting that enables him to watch you ride and “see” how to improve your synergy with your bike! The result is more joy riding and improved performance. Thanks Brian for all your help!

I don't think I could say enough good things about Brian, or my experience getting a bike fit with him at Paragon Studio. I initially had some reservations about the expense, but it has proven (over many months) to have been an invaluable investment. I went into the shop due to some nagging knee pain, and Brian was extremely friendly, and knowledgeable on all of my ailments. During the course of our session I learned a lot about bikes adjustment generally, and even my own body! In one session he helped identify and resolve what had been an ongoing issue for over a year. Not just that, but he helped make my bike just an all around better experience to ride. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to take cycling more seriously in their future.

I went to Paragon Fit Studio for my first-ever bike fit. A friend highly recommended Brian, and I could not be more thankful that he did.

At first, I was slightly intimidated, not being a regular cyclist fit. But I'm happy to report the session was highly informative and entertaining. I immediately felt and saw the difference in Brian's tweaks to my bike, shoe cleats, and saddle. Brian is an expert at his craft; he's excellent at explaining precisely what he's adjusting on each iteration and why.

Following the appointment, later that week, I went for a 40-mile ride and can report that the issues I felt before the bike fitting was extinguished. I felt balanced and more confident on the bike, both in and out of the saddle. I highly recommend working with Brian at Paragon Fit Studio to get a fit for beginners getting into or back into cycling, those who just got a new bike (like me), or veteran cyclists.

I had an amazing experience during my bike fit with Brian. Brian has a great attention to detail and he listened to all of my issues/problems, while biking, patiently. He was able to quickly figure out what needs to be changed based on my description and tuned the bike accordingly. His fitting worked like magic. I've gotten several bike fits in a few cities and Brian is by far (very far) the most knowledgeable and enjoyable fitter in all the land. I've even had to bring bikes to him after other fits because of discomfort, and he was of course able to fix things no problem. Brian understands your body - not just how to read numbers off machines - and so he can dial you in in ways that normal fitters can't. Also super chill guy. Cannot recommend enough, I've sent tons of friends here (and got referred through one myself) all to rave reviews
